Our seafood is hand-picked & delivered by Campbell’s Prime Meats, Lathallan & Mara Fish Torry Aberdeen. Fresh from Scrabster and Peterhead fish markets and landed from boats fishing in the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Our mussels & scallops are delivered daily by Andrew Duncan and his team who hand dive for them on the west coast of Scotland.
Our meats are sourced locally from both Campbell’s Prime meats and local Butcher Falconers, who provide us with the finest in Aberdeen Angus steak, Perthshire lamb, and Ayrshire pork. We source our black pudding and haggis from Falconers Butchers which is a specialist recipe made exclusively for us!
When seasonal weather allows we forage for mushrooms & other ingredients which Scotland has to offer such as wild garlic, sweet cicely, elderflowers, elderberries and sea buckthorn to name but a few.
Cheese, Milk & Dairy
Our Cheese comes from all over Scotland and is sourced/delivered by local business “The Cheesery” in Dundee. Our milk & cream is delivered every morning by Kerr’s local dairy in Dundee.
When available our game comes from Balbeggie Estate near Blairgowrie or Braehead Foods in Kilmarnock.
We source our Scottish vegetables from Charles Stamper of Edinburgh with our famous hand-cut chips coming from Albert Bartlett Rooster potatoes in Airdrie.
Our seasonal local soft fruits & berries are from Pittromie Farm in Balmullo.
Beers & Spirits
Along with our food, we stock an impressive range of local craft beers, ales, gin & whiskey from suppliers such as Gin Bothy, 71 Brewery & James Keiller.
