About Us

Proud to be one of a few independent family-run restaurants within the city, Bridgeview Station was built in 2009 with the vision of opening Tayside's first gastrocafe: offering an unsurpassed quality of freshly prepared locally sourced food within spectacular surroundings.

Our kitchen philosophy fuses the precision techniques of fine dining with simple everyday cuisine. This coupled with extremely competitive prices ensures our customers have the opportunity to indulge every day in quality seasonal produce.

Our Chef

Rory oversees all menu activity at Bridgeview Station, a real perfectionist, spending countless days refining and fine-tuning our a la carte dishes.

Rory comes to Bridgeview Station with a wealth of experience having worked under Tony Heath (Let's Eat) and later Willie Dean before moving on to 2AA Opus One Restaurant in Perth where he was head chef for 3 Years maintaining the restaurant's 2AA accolades.
