Rory oversees all menu activity at Bridgeview Station, a real perfectionist, spending countless days refining and fine tuning our a la carte dishes.
Rory comes to Bridgeview Station with a wealth of experience having worked under Tony Heath (Lets Eat) and latter Willie Dean before moving on to 2AA Opus One Restaurant in Perth we he was head chef for 3 Years maintaining the restaurants 2AA accolades.
Rory has won many accolades including:
2014 Medaille d'Argent Winner
2013 Rising Star Young Chef of the Year
2013 Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Scotland
2010/11 Academy of Culinary Arts Team Semi-Finalist for Scotland.
Chris is the newest member of the Bridgeview Station brigade having worked in senior positions at prestigious establishments such as Tony Singh's Oloroso, Castleton Glamis Hotel (3 Rosettes) & most recently at La Garrigue (2 Rosettes) which featured on Gordon Ramsey's Best Restaurants
Chris brings to the team talented creative flair and a real humble passion for cooking.

Bridgeview Station exclusively uses local seasonal produce and selects only suppliers that can deliver these ingredients on a daily basis, enhancing the transition from raw produce to the finished article on the table.
