Our menus are created fortnightly providing variety for regular clientèle whilst delivering a continually challenging and rewarding environment for our kitchen team.
Allergy Advice Statment
If you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, please let your server know upon placing your order. As our food is delivered to us in its rawest form, this coupled with the fact that we make everything in our kitchens ‘from scratch’, we are extremely confident in being able to provide completely transparent information to our diners about the ingredients, methods of cooking and storage procedures of our produce.
Ingredients can occasionally be substituted or changed as our chefs are more than willing to accommodate you.
Every care is taken to avoid any cross contamination when processing a specific allergen free order. We do however work in a kitchen that processes allergenic ingredients and do not have a specific allergen free zone.
Wheat and gluten ingredients which are sometimes roasted, baked or deep fried will use the same appliances (i.e. oven, fryer etc) in our kitchen and as a result there may be risk of cross contamination affecting extremely sensitive sufferers.
What we require is that you the diner take responsibility in advising us of any dietary requirements or conditions upon your arrival, whereupon our knowledgeable staff will be ideally placed to best look after you.
